Event: Diko leaves for Canada

Here and Now:

Diko just left in a big van with Aunty Virgie, we all said goodbye to her while I come back to the LORD to do my devotions... But I am crying because it's like she left a whole in my heart that my family could not fill. She was a vital part of my brother's wedding because she chose to believe and support my brother like me so much so that she came to the Philippines twice for his wedding. She had worried that I was not married off yet, so she went out of her way with her friends to introduce me to someone who could possibly be a husband and nobody ever cared enough for my heart like that except GOD and this is how I know how GOD is in her because she was doing GOD's will touching so many lives...She is a reflection of my Ama and I knew how much GOD loved my Ama... If Ama was alive I know she would worry about me still being single too but it was only Diko that GOD had used to not just feel worry but actually do something to change a situation, just as she believed in David's marriage that she not only came, she also gave financial, mental and emotional support, she took me to places I would never be able to enter without her, she was a world changer.

The Triumphal Entry

1 Now when they drew near to Jerusalem and came to Bethphage, to the Mount of Olives, then Jesus sent two disciples, 2 saying to them, “Go into the village in front of you, and immediately you will find a donkey tied, and a colt with her. Untie them and bring them to me. 3 If anyone says anything to you, you shall say, ‘The Lord needs them,’ and he will send them at once.” 4 This took place to fulfill what was spoken by the prophet, saying,

5 “Say to the daughter of Zion,‘Behold, your king is coming to you, humble, and mounted on a donkey, on a colt,[a] the foal of a beast of burden.’”

6 The disciples went and did as Jesus had directed them. 7 They brought the donkey and the colt and put on them their cloaks, and he sat on them. 8 Most of the crowd spread their cloaks on the road, and others cut branches from the trees and spread them on the road. 9 And the crowds that went before him and that followed him were shouting, “Hosanna to the Son of David! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord! Hosanna in the highest!” 10 And when he entered Jerusalem, the whole city was stirred up, saying, “Who is this?” 11 And the crowds said, “This is the prophet Jesus, from Nazareth of Galilee.”

ObservationWow GOD has been using this word in Matthew 21 to speak to me about so many things in the past and until today it is still speaking to me. That donkey that JESUS rode on is a symbol of anyone who was willing to be used by JESUS. GOD has told me many times in the past I am the donkey, but I am tied to a pole. One day GOD will send someone 2 disciples to untie me so that I can be fully used by the LORD. Today I can see that the donkey is my Aunt Lillian and I am the colt (baby donkey) GOD sent 2 people (Aunt Lucy and Buena) to bring us both to CDO and enter in the home of the richest of CDO. Ever since I met Stephen and Mary Gaisano, I felt they were special and I wanted to have a connection with them because they are kept by the LORD and GOD has blessed them with children and grand children but something was missing GOD wanted to fill that missing void just as HE is filling me today.

ApplicationAnd so I am praying for GOD to enrich their lives, I was willing to be used in whatever way GOD deemed best. I know I would not love another Stephen if the Stephen's didn't mean anything to the LORD. Stephen in the book of Acts was one of the most devoted followers of JESUS in ancient past that he died a martyr publicly seeing the Heavens open in the midst of his death. That's why a lot of Stephens hold a special place in my heart today... I pray for them and their loved ones and this is how I become the donkey, that I could be used by JESUS by letting JESUS ride me by letting him speak through me, love through me, go to places through me... I am just the donkey and I will let him live through and in me just as Diko is letting GOD use her greatly in my family.

PrayersDear AVI,YOU have moved my heart so much by the people who do not even proclaim to be YOUR followers! I am so moved and touched by YOUR great love for people and I am praying that you can use me the way YOU used my Diko. I know she is saved because she is following YOU LORD, but I pray that she will learn to rest in YOU and be in a relationship with YOU... so that YOU can enrich her too just as YOU enriched me today and always. I pray that YOU bless Diko Lillian, and that YOUR presence will always be with her and give her angels to watch over her, safe trip and joy with Aunt Virgie. O GOD Almighty, I pray for Stephen and Benita Yu, Stephen and Mary Gaisano, these people YOU have put in my heart and their loved ones, I pray that YOU will enrich them too, I pray send people to minister to them O GOD, I pray that YOU will reveal YOURSELF to them in a most powerful way just as YOU have revealed YORUSELF to me. I pray O GOD let YOUR kingdom come upon these people whom YOU have put in my thoughts and heart, I pray heal them from all their pain, fill them with YOUR love and make them whole so YOU too can ride in them, fil them with YOUR SPIRIT and be used by YOU to enrich and bring others into YOUR kingdom. O GOD Almighty, I continue to pray for joy and peace to be upon my parents, that they soon will open their hearts to welcome Kim in our family, thank YOU that it will happen soon. Thank YOU for YOUR love for all of us and for taking care of David and his heart O GOD, thank YOU for blessing him continue to bless us all O GOD. I pray for Julie to find someone in Australia, a Filipino or Asian, someone she likes too O GOD, I pray for Alexis too to have her husband in the one she likes now whose name is Darren. I pray for Jr and Gaily to be healed of all their sickness and take care of them O GOD and their families that they are also praying for. I pray for YOUR love to fill us all. I pray for Garrick Yu to know YOU too and follow YOU for his life and send someone to be his wife. I pray for Stephen Yu to love YOU completely and follow YOU and be a world changer just like YOUR disciples in this world. I pray O GOD for the impossible things, because all things are possible through YOU and YOU deserve all the glory honor and praise O GOD!
