7th Day Fast Event: Today we will break our fast at church eating Congee made by our beloved mother Grace Here and Now: I love Saturdays because it is the 7th day and the official Sabbath day of Rest, Sunday can also be rest, GOD is not strict, HE just wanted us to rest at least once a week BUT there are studies that show that during Saturdays the body's system automatically slows down and rests during Saturdays. When I use this Sabbath day to go to the mountain with my sister Grace or go to church to rest or even to practice music for the Sunday, it is special to me because I have already set my mind that Saturday is Shabbat, it is rest, church for me is a place of rest and refuge, the mountains and the seas too. But last night (Friday evening - which was the beginning of Shabbat for the Jews) GOD gave me rest to all my toiling, groaning and pleading in my Spirit when Shobe Hannah Kate - Pastor's daughter, delivered a revelation that GOD gave her in the Hebrew word "Shema...
