24 Behold, the siege mounds have come up to the city to take it, and because of sword and famine and pestilence the city is given into the hands of the Chaldeans who are fighting against it. What you spoke has come to pass, and behold, you see it. 25 Yet you, O Lord God, have said to me, “Buy the field for money and get witnesses”—though the city is given into the hands of the Chaldeans.’”

My Rock and My Fortress
Of David.
1 Blessed be the Lord, my rock, who trains my hands for war, and my fingers for battle;
2 he is my steadfast love and my fortress, my stronghold and my deliverer, my shield and he in whom I take refuge, who subdues peoples[a] under me.
3 O Lord, what is man that you regard him, or the son of man that you think of him?
4 Man is like a breath; his days are like a passing shadow.
5 Bow your heavens, O Lord, and come down! Touch the mountains so that they smoke!
6 Flash forth the lightning and scatter them; send out your arrows and rout them!
7 Stretch out your hand from on high; rescue me and deliver me from the many waters, from the hand of foreigners,
8 whose mouths speak lies and whose right hand is a right hand of falsehood.
9 I will sing a new song to you, O God; upon a ten-stringed harp I will play to you,
10 who gives victory to kings, who rescues David his servant from the cruel sword.
11 Rescue me and deliver me from the hand of foreigners, whose mouths speak lies and whose right hand is a right hand of falsehood.
12 May our sons in their youth be like plants full grown, our daughters like corner pillars cut for the structure of a palace;
13 may our granaries be full, providing all kinds of produce; may our sheep bring forth thousands and ten thousands in our fields;
14 may our cattle be heavy with young, suffering no mishap or failure in bearing;[b]may there be no cry of distress in our streets!
15 Blessed are the people to whom such blessings fall! Blessed are the people whose God is the Lord!

1 Timothy 1
18 This charge I entrust to you, Timothy, my child, in accordance with the prophecies previously made about you, that by them you may wage the good warfare, 19 holding faith and a good conscience. By rejecting this, some have made shipwreck of their faith, 20 among whom are Hymenaeus and Alexander, whom I have handed over to Satan that they may learn not to blaspheme.
Observation:
GOD Almighty who is all knowing perfect and powerful, let's us experiences hardships and tells us things that seem impossible to happen and this is how HE always showcases HIS power, and when mere human beings cannot seem to understand HIS Ways, HE does not defend HIMSELF, HE merely assures us of who HE is telling Jeremiah, I am GOD, is anything too difficult for ME?
Application:
Having faith, trusting and believing in HIM, while reality is exactly the opposite of what GOD has told me is the hardest thing for me to do. I hear GOD speaking to me today, telling me today "Continue to do good, continue to obey, don't go another way, just stay and persevere through the hardship and difficulty, because NOTHING is too difficult for ME." And in the Psalm of David, the King writes, Blessed be the LORD my GOD who teaches me to do war, HE is not my Trainor, HE is my steadfast love, my refuge, my rock, my strength, my shield, who subdues people under me. HIS faith is based on the faithfulness and the love of GOD towards HIM, it's not because of anything else but WHO GOD is to HIM. Not because David has a lot of faith holding on to HIS Promises, but because of the solidarity of GOD's history and what HE had done for King David in the past that David had learned to make GOD HIS everything! So many times we rush to people, professionals for help, to allies to for us but nobody else can defend us but GOD, nobody else can move the heart, soul and mind of people but GOD. Nobody else can move mountains but GOD and so I have to keep looking to GOD who loves me, not to Egypt whom I can run to to help me with my troubles. I have to keep relying on GOD My Savior who created me, who has formed me, who loves me and has a destiny planned out for me. I have to keep looking to HIM.

Blessed are YOU O LORD MY GOD my perfect Redeemer, my Defender who fights for me continually. Forgive me GOD when I shake in the midsts of troubles, when I plan an escape to escape my troubles, forgive me please but help me to persevere and keep trusting in YOU. To look to YOU for salvation and healing and everything for from dust I was formed and by YOUR Spirit I came to life and I will continue to live by YOUR Spirit O GOD please help me to keep trusting in YOU O GOD. Please help me. Toda that my Parents are enjoying good health today, toda for YOUR Grace. I pray for a successful and beautiful wedding tomorrow for David and Kim please bless everyone in the house and all the relatives with us O GOD and give me strength to do what I need to do today because YOU are the GOD of all my days. Do not let me hope in anything or anyone else but YOU because YOU are my only hope.
